Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Asset and Vendor Services; the Sr. Analyst IT Asset and Vendor Services will provide contractual management and purchase-to-pay support for IT hardware and third-party services transactions. In addition, this role will contribute to the development and management of a strong IT asset management practice. Core Responsibilities:Provide contractual purchase-to-pay support and guidance to the IT organization on hardware and third-party services transactions Partner with Nutrien Strategic Procurement and Legal on major IT contracts and transactionsDefine, improve, and communicate IT purchase-to-pay processesCollaborate with IT partners to develop and participate in the management of hardware assetsClarify and maintain hardware asset standards, policies, and procedures Develop and produce vendor and asset management analytics/reporting for IT leadershipFacilitate vendor audits as requiredCharacteristics for Successful Performance: Exceptional listening and interpretation skills to successfully translate IT’s purchasing needs into expected outcomesAbility to build strong relationships with IT, Strategic Procurement, Legal, and Vendor stakeholders Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to define and implement workable processesStrategic and flexible thinker implementing timely solutions in a post-merger dynamic environmentCollaborative worker providing leadership and guidance to analysts carrying out the service request workflows, ERP purchase requisitions, and invoice resolutions for IT transactions Required Professional Qualifications and Education:Degree in business, IT, or related fieldMinimum 6 – 8 years of professional experience with a minimum 5+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor and/or asset managementPreference given to those candidates with direct experience in IT procurement support and/or asset management roles Nutrien is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
