Position Overview:As a member of the HR Solutions North Market team, the HR Solutions Employee Experience and Employee Relations Market Lead will be accountable for the delivery of employee experience HR services such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs within the assigned sub-market location(s).Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading the employee experience delivery strategy and coordinating the deployment of employee experience services across other markets in the region. This includes the responsibilities of: developing and implementing strategy, coordinating and determining team delivery for activities, communicating with and training stakeholders, and leading through peers within the relevant regional markets.Principal Accountabilities:30% - Business Leader:Lead the employee experience and employee relations market team to provide relevant and effective consulting services to businesses for the assigned location(s). Ensure valuable solutions for the complexity of businesses.Facilitate the co-ordinated deployment of employee experience and employee relations services, including any regional specific strategy requirements.Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of servicesWork in close partnership with shared services (CBS) to deliver recurring end-to-end services and processesDevelop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employeesEnsure the desired business results are prioritized and the organization capabilities are operationalized.Provide thought leadership in recommending solutions that build on business and functional strategic driversArticulate market-specific requirements and resources to effectively help regional market leads to understand and address challenges and prioritiesBe responsible for local budgets, HR solution effectiveness metrics, and local SLAs (costs and ROIs of solutions delivered)Work with GHRS Regional Leadership to support the development of the strategy for the effective delivery and coordination of EE and ER activities for the region.Responsible for achieving assigned market performance metrics and engagement.Interface with GHRS regional leadership, COEs, demand management and global enterprise/function teams for effective resource planning and stakeholder feedback.25% - Talent Leader:Lead assigned market GHRS teams to provide relevant, effective consulting services to business managers and delivery of HR core processes.Ensure market teams are deployed and operationalDevelop and sustain valuable HR solution consultative and coaching skills, and overall effectiveness of teamsEffectively lead teams to high performance and build world class talentConnect and collaborate by engaging others across the organization to achieve resultsCoordinate team of HR professionals in related field across the market to effectively deploy EE and ER services15% - Change Leader:Manage the implementation and provide leadership for the assigned market specific GHRS teams after implementation.Represent the assigned market in prioritization activities and escalations in the broader domain services areaProvide feedback into services priorities to ensure market adoptionContinue to participate in CBS Migration activities, shared service consolidation and MADJV initiativesPromote the use and implementation of tools/technologies within assigned market to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions.15% - Culture Steward:Establish the market team with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance, and continuous improvementChampion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processesEstablish a culture of accountability and measurementExpress, model and reinforce a process-honoring culture15% - Value Leader:Ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies within the assigned marketEnsure application of standard policiesProvide input into the appropriate blend of internally sourced service delivery versus vendor sourced deliveryIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently managed by country and/or regionallySkills:Required:Post-secondary degree and a member of a recognized associationPrevious leadership experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs5+ years of experience with people management, leading geographically dispersed teamsDemonstrated ability to manage and implement HR processes and client focused solutions.Experience in a shared services organizationProject management experienceExperience in the area of Industrial Relations/Employee Relations in the market and understanding of applicable legislation and complexity in CanadaMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
